Pokemon Adoption Form

Form Example:

Pokemon Available: Specify which Pokemon are available for adoption, or if they all are.

Link to Pokemon: Paste the url to the list of Pokemon.

Requirements: Specify any adoption requirements you may have. You may not ask for money, pokedollars, pyen, or any type of monetary exchange for your characters. You may, however, require them to already have 2 active characters, or have at least 40 posts, etc.

Notes: Any extra information you feel needs disclosure. You can link important threads(such as the url to the pokemon's owner bio,) or whatever you want.
