Character Adoption Form

Form Example:

Character Name: The name of the character up for adoption.

Link to Bio: Paste the url to their biography/application.

Link to Pokemon: Paste the url to their list of pokemon.

Requirements: Specify any adoption requirements you may have. You may not ask for money, pokedollars, pyen, or any type of monetary exchange for your characters. You may, however, require them to already have 2 active characters, or have at least 40 posts, etc.

Notes: Any extra information you feel needs disclosure. You can link important threads, or whatever you want.
