50 years after Red completed his Pokemon Journey in the Johto Region.

48 years ago, N was defeated by an unknown trainer, he was sentenced to prison for crimes against humanity. Team Plasma ends after the seven sages are captured and executed.

40 years ago, Giovanni was sentenced to lifetime imprisonment and died soon after. Team Rocket was ended upon his capture.

35 years ago, all regions settle down. Teams Aqua and Magma become wildlife preservers for ground and water Pokemon. Team Galactic has stopped making appearances.

30 years ago, Red and Blue are both regarded by the Pokemon League as Pokemon Masters, Blue dies shortly after due to heart failure. An evil organization starts growing, it is known as Rocket-2. Members start showing up across the world.

15 years ago, Rocket-2 has made multiple appearances, the team has been recognized by Kanto and Johto as a terrorist organization. Their ultimate goal has yet to be uncovered by the governments of the world.

5 years ago, Sinnoh has declared Rocket-2 a terrorist organization. If any Rocket-2 members are confirmed to be members in Kanto, Johto, or Sinnoh, the member(s) will be sentenced to 50 years in prison.

Recently, the leader of Rocket-2 is revealed to be Jerome Loponte. Gym Leaders Sessa and Percival discover him and have him sent to Lavender Town Detainment Center.
